  • Define and communicate business requirements and workflows for the digital banking app, ensuring alignment with business strategy and user needs;
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and prioritize business requirements, acting as the main liaison between business teams and the IT/development team;
  • Translate business needs into clear technical documentation, including Business Requirements Documents (BRDs), user stories, process flows, and acceptance criteria;
  • Facilitate workshops, meetings, and discussions to refine app features and ensure shared understanding across teams;
  • Actively participate in Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, reviews, stand-ups) to support iterative development and continuous improvement;
  • Coordinate and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to validate that solutions meet agreed-upon requirements, identifying and resolving any discrepancies;
  • Monitor and analyze current digital banking processes, identifying opportunities for optimization, innovation, and enhanced user experience;
  • Stay informed about industry trends, compliance standards, and best practices to ensure the app remains competitive and compliant;
  • Maintain clear and comprehensive documentation of requirements, decisions, changes, and progress for transparency and reporting purposes;
  • Provide ongoing support and communication to internal teams and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.

Tələblər

  • Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business Administration, or a related field;
  • 3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably within the banking or fintech sector;
  • Strong understanding of mobile app development processes and digital banking solutions;
  • Proficiency in Agile methodologies and tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence);
  • Exceptional analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills;
  • Ability to produce detailed documentation, wireframes, process diagrams, and user stories;
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and interpersonal skills;
  • 3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably within the banking or fintech sector;
  • Strong understanding of mobile app development processes and digital banking solutions;
  • Proficiency in Agile methodologies and tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence);

  • Relevant certifications such as CBAP, PMI-PBA, or similar are a plus.
