• Conduct market research and gather relevant data on industry trends, competitors, and customer needs.
• Analyze new business opportunities, products, and projects to assess commercial feasibility and profitability.
• Support the evaluation of new production projects by preparing financial models (NPV, ROI, IRR, payback period).
• Collaborate with the Business Development Manager and other stakeholders to provide data-driven recommendations.
• Prepare detailed business reports, dashboards, and presentations for management decision-making.
• Collect and consolidate information from subsidiary enterprises to develop group-level analysis.
• Assist in developing pricing strategies and export potential assessments for polymer and other products.
• Identify risks and provide recommendations for mitigating them in business projects.
• Support the development of strategic planning documents by providing research and analytical input.

• Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business Administration, Finance, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in business analysis, market research, or financial analysis.
• Strong knowledge of business analysis methodologies, tools, and frameworks.
• Proficiency in MS Office; experience with data analytics tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, SQL) is an advantage.
• Fluency in written and spoken English (knowledge of Russian is an advantage).
• Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking, and analytical skills.
• Ability to prepare detailed business cases, reports, and presentations.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
