Location: Baku (In office, Full-time)
Company: Seeton Azerbaijan — a system integrator implementing innovative IT practices for business and government.
- Execute the company’s business development strategy on cybersecurity in Azerbaijan
- Identify and pursue new clients, partners, and business opportunities (B2B and government sector)
- Analyze market trends, monitor tenders, and evaluate competitive activity
- Represent Seeton at client meetings, industry events, and conferences
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and partners
- Collaborate closely with vendors, pre-sales, and technical teams to shape proposals
- Work with sales team to educate on cybersecurity offering.
- Drive the development of new cybersecurity propositions together with technical and sales teams and assist in maintaining vendor relationships (transform)
- Help to prepare and to deliver commercial offers together with the sales team
- Support contract negotiations and assist in deal structuring
- Track performance metrics, pipeline status, and provide regular updates to management
- Ability to translate cybersecurity concepts (firewalls, EDR/XDR, SIEM, IAM, DLP, etc.) into business value for clients (+)
- Contribute to marketing and business development initiatives,

Tələblər
- Higher education (preferably in business administration, IT, or related fields)
- 3+ years of experience in business development, sales, or account management (preferably in IT, telecom, or system integration)
- Solid understanding of IT solutions and market landscape
- Experience with partner and vendor collaboration
- Ability to analyze markets, identify growth opportunities, and structure client proposals.
- Strong presentation and communication skills in both written and spoken formats
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems; experience with sales automation tools is a plus
- English proficiency (Intermediate+) for documentation, correspondence, and presentations
- General understanding of cybersecurity technologies such as firewalls, EDR/XDR, NDR, SIEM, SOAR, ZTNA, PAM, IAM, email security, DLP, WAF.(high-level knowledge; hands-on not required)
- Experience in presales, BDM, or technical support/integration is an advantage.
