Specific Duties and Responsibilities as BDM:

  • Implement company sales strategy by keeping and developing existing customers and acquiring new customers. Communicating, maintaining, and developing client relationships
  • Coordinate the work with current accounts, keep smoothly running operations
  • Prepare for the visit/negotiation (company’s specialty, possible contacts, Develor’s products), build a network by seeking further connections, and hold negotiation
  • Gather information during negotiation, assess client’s needs, and introduce Develor’s products and the possible solutions to the problem that arose.
  • In case of a proposal, upon the customer’s request, present the proposal or hold further negotiations and involve the representation of other organizational units (trainer, consultant, coach)
  • Plan the strategy regarding customers to develop the customer, and if necessary, involve other professional areas.
  • Prepare a forecast based on potentials explored by the customer.
  • Keep regular contact with existing customers (inform them about Develor events, seek negotiation situations, gather information about the customer)
  • Initiate a negotiation with the client where they assess needs and introduce new products of Develor or propose solutions.
  • Meeting clients, generating leads, closing deals
  • Working over achieving monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales plan

Specific Duties and Responsibilities as Trainer:

  • Delivering training, working over consulting and complex solutions
  • Support in proposal preparation (non-standard or complex)
  • Upsell during pre and post-training process by defining customer needs
  • Prepare for the visit/negotiation (company’s specialty, possible contacts, Develor’s products), build a network by seeking further connections, and hold negotiation
  • Gather information during negotiation, assess client’s needs, and introduce Develor’s products and the possible solutions to the problem that arises.
  • Professional development (Develor products, skills development, internal knowledge share)
  • Pass Develor certification as a trainer in assigned areas
  • Experience exchange with global Develor trainers’ community
  • Active participation in Develor international events

Tələblər

  • Graduate university degree.
  • At least 4 years of sales or customer relationship experience is an advantage;
  • Fluency in written and spoken Azerbaijani and English is a must; a good command of Russian is desirable;
  • Confident and highly self-motivated;
  • A good personality, professional conduct, articulate, good communication skills, and a quick learner;
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced work environment;
  • Ability to problem-solve and excellent organizational skills;
  • Ability to work independently and cooperatively with team members;
  • Strong leadership skills, result-oriented.
