- Ensure job deliverables are accurate and delivered on time.
- Responsible for service delivery execution.
- Participate in job risk analysis and continual improvement programs.

- Ensure company and regulatory standard compliance by implementing the CAT, self-assessments, and well-site inspections.
- Participate in Service Quality Meetings with customers and improve performance using action plans.
- Participate in HSE and Quality initiatives.
- Wear PPE and observe HSE policies.
- Maintain the required safety training.
Tələblər
- Minimum 5 years of experience on Offshore / Onshore cementing operations as a Lead Cementer.
- Experience on local and remotely operated offshore cementing units.
- Able to operate LAS driven offshore cementing installations.
- Able to operate conventional and subsea cement heads.
- Experience on cementing unit routine inspection and preliminary maintenance.
- Has performed cementing operations as a lead cementer for Liner, Casing, Batch Mixing and remedial cementing operations.
- Able to perform job preparation, calculations and readiness for each cement job.
- Able to run and operate downhole permanent and retrievable packers.
