İş haqqında məlumat
- Manage office documentation (business correspondence, processing incoming and outgoing mail);
- Maintain HR records in compliance with the Labor Code of Azerbaijan (preparation and registration of orders, maintaining employee personnel files, drafting employment contracts, addendums, and business trip documents);
- Work in the e-gov.az system (employment contracts: hiring, transfers, amendments, termination);
- Prepare and submit reports to state statistics bodies, tax authorities, and social insurance funds;
- Timely calculation and payment of employee salaries; calculation and transfer of all mandatory taxes and contributions (income tax, social contributions, unemployment insurance, health insurance, etc.);
- Maintain accounting records in accordance with Azerbaijani legislation (including use of 1C:Accounting/1C:Payroll);
- Record and reconcile intercompany transactions;
- Ensure compliance with IFRS reporting;
- Assist with preparation of management reports (monthly P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow) aligned with group reporting templates, in addition to statutory reports;
- Track and report accounts receivable and accounts payable aging specific to logistics contracts, ensuring timely settlement with partners and clients;
- Prepare and submit tax reports through the electronic tax portal (e-taxes.gov.az);
- Calculation and withholding of taxes on payments to non-residents (withholding tax, VAT on electronic services, etc.), including application of Double Tax Treaties where applicable;
- Manage accounting of import/export contracts, preparation of transaction passports, and compliance with foreign currency control requirements;
- Ensure safekeeping of accounting and HR documentation, and preparation of files for archiving;
- Liaise with tax authorities, banks, funds, and other regulatory institutions;
- Optimize accounting processes and implement best practices in finance and HR administration.
Conditions:
- Employment in accordance with the Labor Code of the Republic of Azerbaijan;
- Timely payment of salary;
- Comfortable office in the city center;
- Full-time position, Monday–Friday, 09:00–18:00.

Tələblər
- Fluent knowledge of Russian language;
- Minimum 2 years of work experience as an accountant or chief accountant in Azerbaijan;
- Knowledge of Azerbaijani legislation in accounting, taxation, and HR administration;
- Experience with 1C software;
- Proficiency in Excel, Word, and email systems;
- Attention to detail, accuracy, and ability to handle large volumes of data.
