• Ensure proper organization and management of the technical department;
• Prepare and approve the annual technical activity plan;
• Monitor the preparation of work schedules in accordance with the workload and priorities of the technical department;
• Monitor the implementation of preventive maintenance of equipment and technical services in guest rooms;
• Lead the implementation of an effective problem reporting system, along with other daily general maintenance and repair work;
• Prepare, manage, and control annual CAPEX and OPEX budgets to ensure effective management of the technical department;
• Prepare purchase requisitions in conjunction with the procurement department;
• Prepare appropriate specifications for all works involving external contractors or consultants

• Higher technical education;
• Minimum 5-7 years of experience in managerial role (hospitality background will be advantage)
• Excellent knowledge of hotel heating/ventilation as well as security systems
• Ability to train/coach employees when it is required
