- Oversee F&B operations across several properties to ensure consistency, efficiency, and high service standards;
- Collaborate with property-level teams to implement strategies that enhance guest satisfaction and revenue;
- Control operational costs while maintaining quality and guest experience;
- Drive innovation in menu development and F&B promotions;
- Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and quality standards;
- Lead, train, and support F&B teams to develop talent and improve performance.
Tələblər
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a senior F&B management role;
- Proven leadership in managing multiple outlets or properties;
- Strong financial and operational acumen;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- Fluency in Azerbaijani, English, and Russian is required;
- Degree or diploma in Hospitality Management or a related field is preferred.
