- Oversee and manage the overall Food & Beverage operations of the hotel, ensuring high standards of service and guest satisfaction.
- Develop and implement F&B strategies, operational plans, and procedures in line with the hotel’s business objectives.
- Manage daily operations across restaurants, bars, banquets, and other F&B outlets.
- Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, health, and safety standards.
- Monitor F&B revenue, costs, budgets, and profitability, taking corrective actions when necessary.
- Lead, motivate, and develop the F&B team to ensure high performance and service standards.
- Monitor guest feedback and take appropriate actions to improve the overall dining experience.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth hotel operations and effective event and banquet execution.
- Manage inventory, purchasing, stock control, and supplier relationships in coordination with relevant departments.
- Prepare operational reports and provide regular updates to senior management.
- Ensure compliance with hotel policies, standards, and applicable regulations.
Tələblər
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience in Food & Beverage operations, preferably within a multiproperty hotel environment.
- Previous experience in a managerial or supervisory F&B role.
- Strong knowledge of restaurant, bar, banquet, and overall F&B operations.
- Excellent leadership, team management, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong financial and cost-control knowledge, including budgeting, forecasting, and revenue management.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Good knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and health & safety standards.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and relevant hotel/F&B management systems.
- Fluency in Azerbaijani, Russian, and English is required.
- Guest-oriented mindset with a strong focus on service quality and operational excellence.
- Ability to manage multiproperty in a fast-paced environment.
