- Prepare and submit quarterly and annual reports on the activities and financial status;
- Develop and implement annual activity plans and corresponding budgets;
- Oversee the CEF-Bakou profile on the AUF.Org portal, ensuring that information is accurate and up-to-date;
- Manage and create content for the CEF-Bakou Instagram page to enhance engagement and visibility;
- Maintain effective communication with AUF general and regional coordinators;
- Inform UFAZ faculty and staff about training and capacity-building opportunities relevant to their professional development;
- Research and identify opportunities provided by AUF that are attractive to UFAZ students and PhD candidates;
- Share relevant project calls, competitions, and scholarships with students;
- Engage students to participate in competitions, providing necessary administrative support for their involvement;
- Assist students in preparing project proposals and offer guidance during the implementation of activities;
Tələblər
- Master’s degree in Education, Management, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
- Strong organizational and planning skills, with a proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in social media management and digital content creation.
- Experience in higher education administration or a similar role is an advantage.
- French language proficiency is obligatory at a minimum level of C1.
