• Develop and prepare detailed cost estimates for projects, materials, labor, equipment, and subcontractor services.
• Support the preparation of tender and bid documents with providing detailed pricing breakdowns.
• Review vendor and subcontractor quotations and ensure alignment with cost estimates.
• Prepare regular cost reports and forecasts for internal and client use.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, procurement, and other departments to gather relevant information.

• Higher education in Economics, Finance, Accounting, Business Development, or a related field
• At least 1 year of experience in Accounting/Finance/Costing
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and strong analytical skills
• Proficiency in mathematics with analytical and critical thinking
• Intermediate level of English
• ACCA / F2 / F3 certificates 
• Interpersonal skills & ability to work in team
