• Responding to incoming inquiries;
• Providing customers with detailed and accurate information about visa types, procedures, and services;
• Recommending visa services according to customers’ needs and handling sales;
• Managing written and verbal communication with customers in a professional manner.

• Fluent verbal and written communication skills in Azerbaijani (Russian and English are an advantage);
• Experience in sales or customer service (visa industry experience is an advantage);
• Stable internet connection and a suitable working environment for remote work;
• A personal laptop/notebook suitable for work.

Working Schedule:

• Days 1–4: 19:00–23:00
• Day 5: Day off
• Days 6–7: 09:00–18:00 (1-hour lunch break)

Work Format: Remote (work from home)

Salary: 400 AZN
