- Official employment according to the Labor Code of the Republic of Azerbaijan;
- Salary: 800 AZN (overtime will be paid additionally);

Tələblər
- Age: 21–28;
- Language: Fluent in Azerbaijani;
- Education: Higher education (Bachelor’s degree or above);
- Work Experience: At least 1 year in call center operations is preferred;
- Computer Skills: Proficiency in MS Office programs (especially Word and Excel);
- Strong telephone communication and active listening skills;
- Ability to work under pressure;
- Ability to log incoming calls into the application;
- Capability to analyze problems correctly and direct to the relevant service;
- Monitoring timely resolution of inquiries and making follow-up calls when needed;
- Completing tasks assigned by management on time;
- Clear and accurate pronunciation, good diction, and polite communication skills;
- Ability to work with customer service software, CRM systems, and related tools;
- Ability to work in shifts.
