Tələblər

  • Age: 21–28;
  • Language: Fluent in Azerbaijani;
  • Education: Higher education (Bachelor’s degree or above);
  • Work Experience: At least 1 year in call center operations is preferred;
  • Computer Skills: Proficiency in MS Office programs (especially Word and Excel);
  • Strong telephone communication and active listening skills;
  • Ability to work under pressure;
  • Ability to log incoming calls into the application;
  • Capability to analyze problems correctly and direct to the relevant service;
  • Monitoring timely resolution of inquiries and making follow-up calls when needed;
  • Completing tasks assigned by management on time;
  • Clear and accurate pronunciation, good diction, and polite communication skills;
  • Ability to work with customer service software, CRM systems, and related tools;
  • Ability to work in shifts.
