Seeton Azerbaijan is looking for a Cybersecurity Pre-Sales Engineer to strengthen its growing Cybersecurity practice. The role focuses on analyzing customer requirements, designing tailored technical solutions, and supporting the sales team throughout the pre-sales cycle. The position involves close collaboration with clients, vendors, and internal teams, as well as active participation in pilots, demos, and solution architecture design.

  • Analyze customer needs and develop technical solutions for cybersecurity products and services;
  • Deliver technical presentations, demos, and workshops for customers and partners;
  • Design solution architectures considering customers’ existing IT infrastructures;
  • Participate in Proof of Concept (PoC) and pilot projects, including installation, configuration, and testing of solutions;
  • Prepare technical documentation, specifications, and responses to RFPs/RFIs;
  • Collaborate with vendors on integration, licensing, and technical matters;
  • Support the sales team during all stages of the pre-sales process;
  • Provide post-sales technical hand-off to ensure a smooth transition to implementation teams;
  • Mentor colleagues and share expertise with junior engineers or sales staff;
  • Stay up to date with cybersecurity market trends and emerging technologies.

Tələblər

  • 2–3+ years of experience as a presales engineer, systems engineer, or solution architect in cybersecurity;
  • Strong knowledge of cybersecurity technologies (NGFW, EDR/XDR, WAF, DDoS Protection, Email Security, PAM, IAM, SIEM, SOAR, ASM);
  • Experience working with vendors such as Fortinet, Cisco, Trellix, CrowdStrike, SentinelOne, Proofpoint, CyberArk, Tenable (or similar);
  • Skilled in preparing and delivering presentations for both technical and business audiences;
  • Experience conducting PoCs, pilots, integrations, and solution testing;
  • Solid knowledge of networking technologies and enterprise IT infrastructure;
  • English proficiency (Intermediate+) for documentation, correspondence, and presentations;
  • Willingness to travel and engage directly with customers.

Nice to Have:

  • Relevant certifications (Fortinet, Cisco, CrowdStrike, CyberArk, IBM, etc.);
  • Experience working at an integrator.
