• Identify network, device, firmware, and cluster-level performance issues.
• Reconcile and validate data across HES, MDM, Billing, and GIS systems.
• Analyze UFG, losses, consumption variances, and anomaly patterns.
• Validate billing determinants and investigate billing exceptions.
• Analyze AI/XMS insights, simulations, forecasts, and what-if scenarios.
• Correlate Contact Center KPIs with metering and billing issues.
• Support deployment planning through readiness, productivity, and performance insights.
• Monitor meter alarms, tamper events, and device health indicators.
• Develop Power BI dashboards and deliver concise analytical reports.
• Ensure data quality and validation during onboarding and integrations.

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of hands-on experience in data analytics; exposure to utilities, IoT, telecom, or AMI is preferred.
• Solid proficiency in Power BI, SQL, and Excel, with strong data visualization skills.
• Working knowledge of AMI systems (HES, MDM, Billing); hands-on experience is a plus.
• Basic to intermediate exposure to AI/ML analytics, simulation tools, or XMS platforms.
• Strong analytical thinking with the ability to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in large datasets.
• Comfortable collaborating across teams while reporting to a Technical Lead.
• Clear communication and documentation skills.

Professional working proficiency in Azerbaijani and English (Russian is an advantage)
