This is a full-time on-site role for a Designer, located in Baku. The Designer will be responsible for creating visual concepts, developing design strategies, conducting research, and collaborating with various departments. Tasks include designing graphics, layouts, and illustrations for educational materials, marketing content, and digital platforms. The Designer will also work closely with faculty to ensure visual consistency and support promotional activities for the university.

• Experience in graphic design, layout design, and illustration;
• Proficient in design software like Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant tools;
• Strong understanding of visual commuication principles and design strategy development;
• Excellent research skills to gather relevant design information and trends;
• Solid verbal and written communication skills for effective collaboration with various departments;
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously;
• Flexibility to adapt to on-site working conditions in Baku;
• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field;
• Experience in the education or academic sector is a plus.
