We are seeking a results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to support our digital marketing and operations team. In this role, you will be responsible for the day-to-day execution of online campaigns, managing paid advertising platforms, optimizing SEO, and assisting with content creation and reporting. You will work closely with the Senior Digital Marketing & Operations Manager and cross-functional teams to ensure campaigns align with business objectives and deliver measurable results.
- Execute and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn Ads, and other PPC platforms;
- Support SEO strategies, including keyword research, on-page optimization, and link-building activities;
- Assist in creating and optimizing content for websites, blogs, and social media platforms;
- Monitor daily performance of campaigns and provide regular reports with actionable insights;
- Use analytics tools (Google Analytics, Data Studio, etc.) to track and measure campaign success;
- Stay updated on industry trends, new tools, and best practices to improve digital marketing performance;
- Collaborate with designers, content creators, and SMM managers to ensure consistent branding;
- Assist in marketing operations tasks, including reporting, documentation, and coordination of projects.

Salary: 1200-1500 AZN (depending on experience and skills).
Working Hours
- Monday to Friday: 09:00 – 18:00;
- Saturday: 10:00 – 15:00;
- Day off: Sunday.

Tələblər
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field;
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in digital marketing;
- Practical knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads;
- Familiarity with SEO tools (SEMrush, Ahrefs, Google Search Console) and analytics platforms;
- Experience with AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Jasper, Canva AI, or similar) is a strong advantage;
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn data into insights;
- Excellent organizational, multitasking, and communication skills;
- Detail-oriented with a proactive, problem-solving attitude.
