Tələblər
- More than 7 years of experience
- Prior experience in technical sales or domain solutions roles.
- Background in engineering or production operations with exposure to digital technologies.
- Ability to work in a matrix organization and collaborate across commercial and technical teams.
- Domain Expertise: Strong knowledge of production workflows, artificial lift, and digital optimization.
- Ability to position technical solutions commercially.
- Familiarity with SLB digital platforms.
- Customer Centricity: Understand client pain points and deliver tailored solutions.
- Communication & Negotiation: Skilled in influencing stakeholders and handling objections.
- Strategic Thinking: Ability to align solutions with client business objectives.
