- Develop and execute the company’s digitalization roadmap aligned with business goals.
- Establish digital governance, policies, standards, and best practices for OT/IT systems.
- Manage budgets, digital investments, and cost-benefit analyses for proposed initiatives.
- Lead digital transformation projects end-to-end: assessment, design, deployment, training, and adoption.
- Oversee implementation of SCADA, DCS, historians, digital twins, and mobility applications.
- Coordinate with vendors, integrators, EPC contractors, and technology partners.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with cybersecurity and operational safety requirements.
- Work closely with Production, Maintenance, and Engineering teams to define automation and data capture needs.
- Enhance real-time monitoring of wells, pipelines, compressors, separators, and facilities.
- Improve data availability for production optimization, pressure analysis, and predictive maintenance.
- Ensure integration between OT systems (SCADA, DCS, PLCs) and IT systems (ERP, data platforms).
- Lead development of centralized data platforms, dashboards, and KPI monitoring systems.
- Ensure data quality, consistency, and governance across all digital systems.
- Promote a culture of digital adoption and continuous improvement.
- Provide training, workshops, and support to field users and technical teams.
- Communicate progress, benefits, and ROI to leadership and stakeholders.

Conditions:
- Location: Gum Adasi, Baku, Azerbaijan
- Schedule: 08:00 – 17:00 (Monday – Friday)
- Transportation: Provided by the company via shuttle buses (to and from the office)
Tələblər
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Petroleum, Electrical, Instrumentation, Automation, Chemical) or Computer Science/IT.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in Oil & Gas operations, automation, digitalization, or IT/OT integration.
- Strong understanding of upstream operations and production workflows.
- Experience managing digital technology projects (SCADA/DCS, IIoT, PI Historian, ERP, CMMS, digital twins, etc.).
- Proven track record in leading cross-functional teams.
- Strong expertise in SCADA, DCS, PLCs, RTUs, and industrial field instrumentation.
- Hands-on experience with cloud platforms, APIs, and end-to-end system integration.
- Proficiency in data analytics, data modeling, and developing interactive dashboards (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
- Solid understanding of AI/ML concepts, predictive analytics, and digital twin technologies.
- High proficiency in spoken and written English.
- Strong leadership and stakeholder management.
- Communication and presentation skills.
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving.
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
