- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase revenue, ADR, and hotel profitability;
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate and professional clients to drive business activity and achieve sales targets;
- Represent the hotel at trade fairs, corporate events, industry campaigns, and seminars in both local and international markets;
- Negotiate and manage contracts with clients and suppliers; ensure terms and conditions are aligned with business objectives;
- Conduct market analysis, monitor industry trends, and adapt strategies accordingly;
- Streamline the lead generation process, enabling the sales team to respond efficiently to business opportunities;
- Analyze opportunities for growth, including potential acquisitions, and conduct due diligence where necessary;
- Collaborate with the executive team to develop and deliver the company’s strategic plan;
- Plan and execute promotional activities and sales campaigns for targeted markets;
- Prepare monthly P&L reports and contribute to the annual sales budget planning;
- Adjust the hotel’s sales approach as needed;
- Manage multiple projects and ensure timely delivery aligned with business goals;

Tələblər
- Higher education (Master’s degree preferred);
- Proven experience in a sales leadership role, preferably in the hospitality industry;
- Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills;
- In-depth knowledge of the sales market and industry trends;
- Strategic thinking with decision-making and leadership abilities;
- Strong entrepreneurial mindset and the ability to identify new revenue opportunities;
- Demonstrated success in managing and motivating teams;
- Fluency in English, Russian, and Azerbaijani – both written and spoken;
- Experience with Opera PMS (Property Management System).
