İş haqqında məlumat

  • Manage the document control system for all incoming/outgoing documents, including engineering drawings, specifications, reports, contracts, procedures, and correspondence;
  • Ensure documents are properly registered, numbered, version-controlled, and archived;
  • Track document revisions, approvals, and distribution to relevant stakeholders;
  • Coordinate with Project Management, Engineering, HSE, Procurement, Operations, and Contractors to maintain documentation compliance;
  • Monitor and enforce adherence to document control procedures, project requirements;
  • Provide training and support to project and operations teams on document control processes;
  • Generate status reports (document registers, overdue lists, transmittals, KPIs) for management;
  • Liaise with EPC contractors, vendors, and clients to ensure timely submission and approval of project deliverables;
  • Manage confidential and sensitive documentation securely;
  • Support audits and inspections by providing controlled documentation on request.

Conditions:

  • Location: Gum Adasi, Baku, Azerbaijan;
  • Schedule: 08:00 – 17:00 (Monday – Friday);
  • Transportation: Provided by the company via shuttle buses (to and from the office).

Tələblər

  • Bachelor’s degree (in Engineering, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field);
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in document control or related roles;
  • Familiarity with document management systems or electronic filing platforms;
  • Proven experience with large-scale capital projects, EPC documentation, or operating company records;
  • Proficiency in MS Office programs (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint);
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team;
  • Good organizational and time management skills.

Language skills:

  • Fluent Azerbaijani ;
  • Minimum B1 level English (able to understand and communicate in work-related situations);
  • Russian (advantage).
