- Create and execute innovative, high-quality desserts, pastries, breads, and confections;
- Lead, mentor, and inspire the pastry team to maintain excellence in every creation;
- Develop seasonal menus and signature items that wow guests and drive sales;
- Ensure consistency, quality, and presentation across all pastry items;
- Manage inventory, control costs, and maintain food safety and sanitation standards;
- Collaborate with the culinary and events teams for special menus, banquets, and catering.

Tələblər
- Proven experience as Executive Pastry Chef in high-volume kitchens;
- Minimum 10 years of international hotel experience in senior pastry positions;
- Exceptional creativity and skill in both classic and modern pastry techniques;
- Strong leadership and team management experience;
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and kitchen hygiene standards;
- Culinary degree or formal pastry training preferred;
- Passion for innovation, presentation, and delivering memorable guest experiences.
