Education & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (Master’s or MBA preferred);
• Professional certifications are a strong advantage: CPA, CFA, ACCA, CMA.

Work Experience:

• 5+ years in financial management, controlling, or corporate finance (retail or banking experience preferred);
• Proven expertise in:
• Budgeting & forecasting;
• Financial planning & analysis (FP&A);
• Financial modeling;
• IFRS/GAAP reporting;
• Treasury and cash flow management;
• Managing audits and external reporting.

Technical Skills:

• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations;
• Advanced MS Excel (pivot tables, financial modeling, etc.);
• Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, 1C, Microsoft Dynamics);
• Familiarity with BI/reporting tools (Power BI, Tableau) – a plus;
• Understanding of tax, compliance, and internal controls.
