Venture Sourcing & Validation

• Research fintech & insurtech markets, trends, and business models.
• Identify high-potential problem spaces and assess startup opportunities.
• Conduct competitor benchmarking and landscape mapping.

Venture Building Support

• Support MVP design, go-to-market testing, and early traction experiments.
• Work with product & tech teams to scope and refine feature sets.
• Help design financial models, unit economics, and business cases.

Studio Operations & Portfolio Support

• Assist portfolio startups with research, partnerships, and fundraising prep.
• Prepare investor materials (pitch decks, memos, insights reports).
• Track KPIs across the venture pipeline.

Skills and Competencies:

• Strong analytical and research skills (consulting, VC, or startup background is a plus).
• Excellent product management and product ownership experience
• Curiosity and passion for fintech, payments, insurtech, DeFi, open banking, or payroll/HR tech.
• Entrepreneurial mindset: you thrive in unstructured environments and get things done fast.
• Strong communication skills — ability to synthesize and present insights clearly.
• Comfort with financial modeling, Excel/Sheets, and early-stage validation frameworks.
• Bonus: exposure to venture capital, accelerators, or building a startup yourself.
