Job Description:

• We are seeking a results-driven Freight Coordinator  to join our team in Freight forwarding department;
• Responsible for organizing , monitoring , managing and coordinating  the movement of goods thorough air , sea , road or rail;
• This role ensures that shipments are transported efficient , cost effectively and in compliance with company policies ,customer
• Requirements and international trade regulations;
• Coordinate and schedule shipments with carriers, freight forwarders , ad logistics partners ;
• Prepare , review and process shipping documentation (cargo and transportation documents );
• Track and monitor shipments , ensuring on time pick up , transit and delivery;
• Communicate with customers , vendors and internal departments ,regarding shipment  status and requirements ;
• Have knowledge of  customs clearance procedure and ensure compliance with international trade regulations  are met;
• Negotiate rates and services with freight carriers and forwarders;
• Oversee and resolve issues such as delays , damages or discrepancies in transportation ;
• Maintain accurate records or shipments ,freight costs , and carrier performance ;
• Assist in optimizing freifght processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs ;
• Meet and exceed the  targets and KPIs.

• Proven experience in FreightForwarding  transportation and Logistics  industry;
• Strong knowledge of international trade and logistics services in all modes of transportation (air, sea, and road freight);
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills;
• Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships;
• Results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets;
• Proficient in CRM tools and MS Office applications;
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, or a related field is preferred.
