We are hiring a Front Desk Receptionist for our showroom focused on foreign projects. You will be the first point of contact for clients and visitors, supporting the sales team with professionalism and care.
- Greet and welcome guests, clients, and visitors;
- Answer, screen, and forward phone calls;
- Manage reception area, mail, and deliveries;
- Assist with meeting scheduling and bookings;
- Provide information and guide clients to the right team members;
- Support administrative tasks (filing, scanning, data entry);
- Handle inquiries and requests politely and efficiently.

Working Hours
- 5 Full Days: 10:00–19:00;

Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree diploma (minimum)
- Prior experience in reception, customer service, or sales support is a plus
