• Provide daily 1:1 support, under the supervision of the Grade 1 homeroom teacher
• Monitor and guide her behavior and emotional responses
• Support her in staying focused and completing assigned tasks
• Encourage positive peer interactions and independent learning
• Collaborate with the school counselor, parents, and teaching team
• Document observations and progress regularly
• Attend meetings relevant to the student’s support plan
• Adhere to school policies regarding student safety and inclusion

• Bachelor’s degree in education or psychology preferred
• Minimum 1 year of experience working with young children or in inclusive settings

• Fluency in English (required); proficiency in Azerbaijani and Russian are preferred
• Able to follow class routines and the lead of the homeroom teacher
