• Organize classroom lectures and coursework;
• Prepare materials and activities;
• Assign homework and engaging exercises;
• Identify students with special requirements and develop individualized plans;
• Determine exam and assignment grades;
• Provide constructive feedback on workload and classroom behavior;
• Communicate student progress to parents;
• Collaborate with colleagues and administrators to foster a positive learning experience;
• Perform teaching duties according to schedule.

• University degree or equivalent;
• Minimum intermediate level of English;
• Teaching experience in Secondary Years education is preferable;
• Strong knowledge and/or enthusiasm to teach within the IB MYP/DP curriculum framework;
