- Ensure compliance with all Hotel service standards in relations with guests and hotel employees;
- Participate in daily handover procedures;
- Manage time properly and complete tasks assigned by the manager on time;
- Providing guests with the necessary information in an accurate and complete manner to ensure that they are served in accordance with the Hotel's standards;
- Monitor updated information about Guest requests and cooperate with Guests on this matter;
- Engage with guests and ensure that feedback is collected from them;
- To spare no effort to ensure that any negative feedback that may arise from guests is resolved in a positive manner;
- Be active, responsible, stress-resistant, and accurate in their work;
- Implementation of oral and written instructions and existing internal company regulations issued directly by the department head in order to ensure the performance of labor functions;
- Organize and execute work in accordance with procedures and instructions;
- Protecting the confidentiality of incoming and outgoing information;
- Perform other tasks assigned by the supervisor in accordance with the position.
Tələblər
- Previous hotel experience is preferable;
- Strong working knowledge of related computer software, including restaurant management software;
- Excellent communication and customer service skills;
- Excellent knowledge of Azerbaijani, Russian or/and English languages;
- Highly responsible & reliable.
