- Ensuring high level of guest satisfaction
- Maintaining a neat and professional front desk area
- Managing reservations and guest records in the system

Tələblər
- Secondary or higher education degree
- Knowledge of Opera system is preferable
- Minimum 1-2 years’ experience in Front Office or Reservation in a hotel
- Strong social skills and ability to build business contacts
- Fluent in English and Azeri; Russian is advantageous
- Previous experience in front office, reception or customer service is preferred
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Pleasant appearance, well-groomed and positive attitude
- Friendly, polite and customer-oriented personality
- Ability to work in a team and under pressure
