- Develop and implement foreign sales strategies aligned with the company’s objectives;
- Manage and oversee the export and sales operations on behalf of the company;
- Conduct negotiations with international clients and protect the company’s interests;
- Lead the sales team responsible for identifying new clients and analyzing market demands;
- Monitor customer satisfaction, analyze feedback, and ensure a customer-oriented sales approach;
- Ensure the protection of the company’s reputation and commercial confidentiality;
- Analyze daily sales activities, prepare monthly reports, and propose initiatives to increase sales and attract new clients.
Tələblər
- Higher education;
- Fluent in Russian and English;
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in international sales, including at least 2 years in a managerial position;
- Experience in the heavy industry sector is a must.
