Our company, specializing in IT product sales, system integration, and корпоративные technology solutions, is looking for a professional Head of IT Project Management to lead IT projects, manage presales operations, and drive innovative technology solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of IT projects;
- Analyze customer requirements and develop appropriate IT solutions;
- Supervise and coordinate the Presales team, including technical presentations and solution strategies;
- Manage the design and implementation of corporate IT solutions including servers, networking, cloud, cybersecurity, backup, and virtualization solutions;
- Participate in the promotion and market positioning of vendor products and IT solutions;
- Collaborate with the Sales team in preparing technical and commercial proposals;
- Conduct technical and project-level negotiations with customers, vendors, and partners;
- Ensure projects are delivered within scope, budget, timeline, and quality standards;
- Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies;
- Implement and improve project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, etc.);
- Coordinate activities between technical, sales, and implementation teams;
- Conduct market research on new technologies and prepare recommendations for innovative IT solutions;
- Contribute to the development strategy of the company’s IT services and solutions portfolio;
- Prepare regular project and performance reports for senior management;
- Lead team development, performance evaluation, and continuous technical improvement initiatives.

Tələblər
- Minimum 5 years of experience in IT project management and/or presales;
- Previous leadership or managerial experience;
- Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, system integration, and enterprise solutions;
- Hands-on understanding of servers, storage, networking, virtualization, cloud technologies, and cybersecurity;
- Practical experience in presales and solution design;
- Strong presentation, communication, and negotiation skills;
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities;
- Fluent English is mandatory;
- Fluent Russian is mandatory;
- Azerbaijani language proficiency is an advantage.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with Cisco, Microsoft, VMware, Fortinet, HP, Dell, and other vendor solutions;
- International certifications are considered an advantage;
- Experience in enterprise sales and tender-based IT projects.
