  • Follow company policies and procedures related to payroll and uniform standards; 
  • Set up the hostess stand, review reservations, and assist in optimizing restaurant layout; 
  • Ensure the restaurant is opened on time and prepared according to standards; 
  • Inspect cleanliness and setup of the dining area and tables before service; 
  • Ensure menus and other materials are in excellent condition; 
  • Manage guest seating in line with service standards and capacity; 
  • Maintain an updated seating chart and track guest flow (cover count); 
  • Operate reservation systems (e.g., OpenTable) efficiently; 
  • Greet guests warmly with professionalism and courtesy; 
  • Handle walk-in guests and waiting lists effectively; 
  • Assist with lost and found items when necessary; 
  • Escort guests to their tables and ensure proper seating arrangements; 
  • Assist guests with coats or personal belongings if required; 
  • Address guests by name where possible to enhance experience; 
  • Handle guest complaints promptly and inform management accordingly; 
  • Answer phone calls, manage reservations, and provide accurate information; 
  • Anticipate guest needs and monitor the dining area continuously; 
  • Respond appropriately to emergency and safety situations; 
  • Support other departments when required and perform additional duties as assigned

Tələblər

  • Previous experience in a similar role; 
  • Experience in high-volume and fast-paced environments; 
  • Background in hospitality or customer service industry; 
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills; 
  • Ability to meet deadlines and handle administrative tasks; 
  • Familiarity with reservation and facility management systems; 
  • Strong communication skills in English, Russian, and Azerbaijani; 
  • Ability to work 6 days per week (shift-based schedule); 
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications; 
  • Professional appearance and customer-oriented attitude.
