- To ensure all company minimum brand standards have been implemented, and that optional brand standards have been implemented where appropriate.
- To work in a supportive and flexible manner with other departments, in a spirit of “We work through Teams”.
- To check and verify room status report.
- To respond to the results of the Consumer Audit/Brand Audit and ensures that the relevant changes are implemented.
- To clean and make-up guest rooms
- To report lost and damaged items.
- To clean a pantry and toilet.
- To maintain the cleanliness of corridors and surrounding back areas.
- Clean and pack the trolley.
- Check and clean operating equipment.
- Provide Evening Maid Service.
- To carry out any other reasonable duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Tələblər
- Undergraduate degree.
- Previous working experience in direct-guest- contact positions (desirable).
- Understand structure and function of the Housekeeping Operations.
- Able to accurately follow instructions, comply with brand standards and hotel procedures (essential).
- Excellent guest interaction and general verbal communications skills.
- Demonstrates effective listening skills.
- Able to work in shifts; flexible and willing to work extended hours when required.
- Pleasant personality; friendly and smiling.
- Language skills – Russian, Azeri, Russian, English(desirable).
