- Coordinate and schedule interviews, manage changes, and communicate with candidates and hiring teams;
- Greet and assist candidates during interviews, ensuring a positive experience;
- Prepare and send offer letters, manage approvals, and follow up on offer acceptances;
- Arrange technical access, coordinate with IT and facilities, and assist with new hire onboarding;
- Maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS) and support recruitment-related administrative tasks;
- Act as a liaison between candidates, recruiters, and hiring managers, providing timely updates and ensuring smooth coordination.

- Strong organizational and time management skills;
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion;
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint);
- Experience with virtual meeting platforms (e.g., Zoom, Microsoft Teams) is a plus;
- High attention to detail and accuracy;
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively;
