İş haqqında məlumat
- Manage and oversee daily HR operations in accordance with company policies and the Labor Code of the Republic of Azerbaijan;
- Prepare, update, and maintain employee records and HR documentation;
- Handle recruitment processes, including job postings, candidate screening, and interviews;
- Administer employment contracts, vacation schedules, and attendance tracking;
- Ensure compliance with labor legislation and internal regulations;
- Coordinate with government institutions on employment and insurance matters (including mandatory health insurance);
- Support management with HR-related reports and data analysis.
Work schedule: Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
Salary: 1000 AZN.
Workplace: Çinar Plaza, Baku.

Tələblər
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Law, Business Administration, or a related field;
- Proven experience in HR management or similar position;
- Strong knowledge of the Labor Code of Azerbaijan;
- Experience working with mandatory insurance (İcbari sığorta);
- Excellent communication and organizational skills;
- Proficiency in MS Office programs;
- Good command of Azerbaijani and English (Russian is an advantage).
