  • Develop and execute HR strategies that support the company’s overall business objectives.
  • Manage and coordinate recruitment and talent acquisition activities for the company and its assets when required.
  • Establish, update, and enhance HR policies, procedures, and internal regulatory frameworks.
  • Oversee employee onboarding, learning, and professional development initiatives.
  • Supervise performance management systems and employee appraisal processes.
  • Advise and support business leaders on people management matters and employee relations.
  • Ensure full compliance with local labor legislation and internal corporate standards.
  • Design and manage competitive compensation, benefits, and employee motivation programs.
  • Monitor employee engagement, retention levels, and promote a positive workplace culture.
  • Oversee HR reporting, workforce analytics, and strategic workforce planning.

Tələblər

  • Minimum 10 years of professional experience in Human Resources; experience in oil & gas or industry is a must;
  • At least 3 years of experience in a managerial role;
  • Higher education in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Management, or a related field;
  • Professional HR certification such as CIPD Level 5 / CIPD Level 7 / SHRM-CP / SHRM-SCP is considered an advantage; 
  • Strong knowledge of modern HR practices and international HR trends, including Performance Management, Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Organizational Development, Learning & Development, Employee Relations, and Succession Planning;
  • Experience in developing and implementing HR policies, procedures, and HR systems within medium or large organizations without consulting support;
  • Good knowledge of the Labor Code of the Republic of Azerbaijan and practical experience in applying labor legislation;
  • Experience supporting workforce planning and HR processes in project-based environments;
  • Strong analytical, communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills;
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and HR information systems is an advantage;
  • Fluent Azerbaijani and English (both written and verbal);
