- Facilitate performance management cycles, ensure deadlines are met, and support employees and managers;
- Lead the execution of employee engagement initiatives in cooperation with department managers;
- Analyze engagement survey results and ensure action plans are implemented effectively;
- Organize employee recognition programs and promote company culture and values;
- Support recruitment processes, especially for blue-collar positions;
- Conduct interviews, reference checks, and maintain a candidate database for future needs;
- Maintain employee documentation, organizational charts, and contract records;
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in accordance with internal guidelines and local labor legislation;
- Monitor and ensure compliance with the Labor Code of the Republic of Azerbaijan and other relevant regulatory requirements;
- Prepare, register, and archive employment contracts, orders, vacation schedules, and other personnel-related documents in compliance with legal norms;
- Ensure correct and lawful implementation of employee disciplinary actions, termination and workplace investigations.
Tələblər
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field;
- 2–3 years of experience in an HR Generalist or related role;
- Strong knowledge of local labor laws and HR best practices;
- Proficiency in MS Office and experience with SuccessFactors / SAP platforms;
- Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills;
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
