  • Facilitate performance management cycles, ensure deadlines are met, and support employees and managers;
  • Lead the execution of employee engagement initiatives in cooperation with department managers;
  • Analyze engagement survey results and ensure action plans are implemented effectively;
  • Organize employee recognition programs and promote company culture and values;
  • Support recruitment processes, especially for blue-collar positions;
  • Conduct interviews, reference checks, and maintain a candidate database for future needs;
  • Maintain employee documentation, organizational charts, and contract records;
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in accordance with internal guidelines and local labor legislation;
  • Monitor and ensure compliance with the Labor Code of the Republic of Azerbaijan and other relevant regulatory requirements;
  • Prepare, register, and archive employment contracts, orders, vacation schedules, and other personnel-related documents in compliance with legal norms;
  • Ensure correct and lawful implementation of employee disciplinary actions, termination and workplace investigations.

Tələblər

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field;
  • 2–3 years of experience in an HR Generalist or related role;
  • Strong knowledge of local labor laws and HR best practices;
  • Proficiency in MS Office and experience with SuccessFactors / SAP platforms;
  • Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills;
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
