Energy Savings Project Management:
- Developing projects to reduce electrical energy consumption in HVAC systems
- Planning and coordinating modernization projects across the store network
- Defining project scopes, schedules and budgets
- Managing projects from concept phase through implementation to completion
- Managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Reporting progress and project results to management
- Calculating return on investment (ROI) and payback periods for projects
Supplier Cooperation and Technical Supervision:
- Preparing technical specifications for HVAC solutions
- Cooperating with PROCUREMENT department in evaluating supplier offers
- Supervising project development by external companies
- Verifying project documentation for compliance with savings objectives
- Technical support in negotiations with suppliers
- Managing relationships with key technology suppliers
Testing and Implementation:
- Planning and coordinating pilot tests of new solutions
- Conducting measurements and analyses of implemented solution effectiveness
- Supervising implementations in store locations
- Validating achievement of assumed energy savings
- Resolving technical issues during implementations
- Training store personnel on new systems (if required)
Procurement Support and Budgeting:
- Cooperating with PROCUREMENT department in HVAC technology purchasing processes
- Preparing project budgets and economic analyses
- Life Cycle Cost (LCC) analysis of solutions
- Technical support in evaluating technical offers
- Technical recommendations for purchasing decisions
Standardization and Optimization:
- Developing technical standards for HVAC systems in stores
- Analysis and optimization of existing installations across the network
- Creating design guidelines for new locations
- Benchmarking solutions and market best practices
- Updating standards based on implementation results and technology development
- Documenting technical knowledge and lessons learned
Analysis and Reporting:
- Monitoring and analyzing energy consumption in stores
- Identifying locations with greatest savings potential
- Preparing economic analyses of projects
- Reporting energy efficiency indicators (KPI)
- Presenting project results to management
Working conditions
- Office work at company headquarters
- Regular business trips to stores in the network (audits, implementation supervision)
- Flexible working hours (depending on project needs)
- Computer work (data analysis, documentation preparation)
- Meetings with suppliers and contractors (office, stores, company headquarters)
- Cooperation with multiple departments: PROCUREMENT, Construction, Facility Management, Finance

Tələblər
- Higher technical education: energy, automation, refrigeration, building installations or related
- Min. 3-5 years experience working with refrigeration and air conditioning systems
- Experience in technical or modernization project implementation
- Very good knowledge of refrigeration and air conditioning systems (aggregates, chillers, heat pumps, DX systems)
- Knowledge of energy efficiency technologies in HVAC systems
- Ability to read and verify project documentation
- Knowledge of project economic analysis (ROI, payback period)
- Ability to analyze energy data and identify savings potential
- Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Project or equivalent tools
- Ability to prepare presentations and reports
- Motivation and willingness to work - independence, initiative, proactivity in seeking savings solutions
