• Administer Windows Server environments:
  Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, GPO, file services, clustering, WSUS; basic PowerShell scripting skills.
• Support and configure Linux systems (Ubuntu/CentOS/RHEL):
  service management, network configuration, package management, systemd, SSH, firewall configuration.
• Work with server hardware (Dell, HPE, Lenovo):
  RAID, iDRAC / ILO / XClarity, hardware diagnostics, component health analysis.
• Manage storage systems (SAN/NAS):
  iSCSI, FC, LUN provisioning, storage pools, RAID levels, performance optimization.
• Administer hypervisors:
  VMware ESXi, Hyper-V, Proxmox or Nutanix AHV — VM deployment, configuration, clusters, vSwitch/virtual networking, snapshots, templates, migrations.
• Participate in network infrastructure configuration at a systems-engineer level:
  VLAN, trunk/access configuration, static routing, TCP/IP troubleshooting.
• Configure and maintain backup and recovery solutions:
  experience with Veeam or similar tools, policy creation, monitoring, and recovery operations.
• Perform monitoring and troubleshooting of infrastructure systems:
  use monitoring tools, analyze logs, resolve performance and availability issues.
• Maintain technical documentation:
  configuration guides, architecture documentation, operational instructions, reporting.
• Participate in infrastructure deployment projects and communicate effectively with customers.

• 3+ years of experience as a Systems Engineer / Infrastructure Engineer.
• Strong knowledge of Windows Server and good/baseline knowledge of Linux.
• Hands-on experience with server hardware (Dell/HPE/Lenovo).
• Understanding of enterprise storage architecture (SAN/NAS).
• Practical experience with VMware/Hyper-V or similar hypervisors.
• Networking knowledge at systems-engineer level (VLAN, routing, TCP/IP).
• Experience with backup solutions (Veeam or similar).
• Solid troubleshooting and monitoring skills.
• Understanding of enterprise infrastructure architecture.
• Certifications such as AZ-900, AZ-104, MS-102, MCSA, VCP, or similar are a plus.
