• Manage project financing processes across multiple renewable energy projects simultaneously.
• Maintain active communication with banks, financial institutions, investors, and advisors; collect and present required information in a timely manner.
• Oversee preparation, negotiation, and finalization of financial documents and contract packages in line with lender requirements.
• Coordinate lender due diligence and assessment processes.
• Monitor all factors affecting project bankability and propose optimizations as needed.
• Build, maintain, and regularly update project financial models; conduct sensitivity analyses to support investment decisions.
• Analyze project economics, creditworthiness, and risk distribution structures.
• Assess the financial impact of commercial agreement terms on project models; ensure model format and reporting standards meet bank and investor requirements.
• Drive all financial and commercial workstreams required to bring projects to successful financial close.
• Coordinate fulfilment of all Conditions Precedent in line with lender requirements.
• Coordinate for timely collection of all documentation, approvals, and technical-legal components required for financial close.
• Evaluate potential acquisitions and partnerships through full financial and economic assessment and lead the processes end-to-end.
• Prepare valuation reports for target projects.
• Work closely with Legal, Technical and other teams to manage all information flows required for project financing.
• Coordinate external advisor workstreams; consolidate internal views for use in negotiations.
• Support handover of projects to the execution phase post-close.

Education

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• CFA, ACCA or equivalent certification is advantageous.

Experience

• 6+ years in project finance, investment management, or infrastructure/energy finance.
• Demonstrated track record of managing financial close processes on complex energy or infrastructure projects.
• Hands-on experience with financial modelling, bankability assessment, and lender coordination.
• Experience with M&A evaluation, including financial due diligence and valuation of project-stage assets.
