LV Logistics is seeking an IT Assistant responsible for resolving technical issues, managing devices and applications, supporting network connectivity and security, and handling user accounts and ticketing.

• Provide first-line and second-line support for hardware, software, and network issues
• Diagnose and resolve technical problems (onsite and remote)
• Troubleshoot operating systems such as Windows
• Resolve application-related issues including Microsoft Office and Microsoft Outlook
• Install, configure, and upgrade desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals
• Manage software installations, updates, and patches
• Maintain IT asset inventory and documentation
• Monitor and troubleshoot LAN/WAN connectivity issues
• Configure routers, switches, and access points
• Support VPN connectivity and remote access solutions
• Assist with firewall and network security configurations
• Manage user accounts
• Configure email accounts
• Log, track, and resolve tickets using systems

• Location - Crescent Bay Business Centre, Baku, Azerbaijan
• Working Hours - 09:00-18:00

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field (preferred)
• Good knowledge of operating systems including Windows
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Knowledge of hardware troubleshooting (desktops, laptops, printers, peripherals)
• Experience with remote support tools
• Ability to perform software installations
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
• Team player with the ability to work independently
• Adaptability and willingness to learn
