- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements;
- Translate business needs into clear technical specifications for the development team;
- Facilitate workshops, interviews, and requirement-gathering sessions;
- Support product backlog creation, prioritization, and refinement;
- Conduct data analysis and prepare reports to support decision-making;
- Ensure solution designs align with business goals and compliance standards.

Tələblər
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field;
- 2+ years of experience as a Business Analyst (preferably in IT or fintech);
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
- Excellent communication and documentation abilities;
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies is a plus;
- Proficiency in tools like Jira, Confluence, SQL, and MS Office.
