- Provide expert first and second-level technical support to students, teachers, and staff for a wide array of educational technology digital tools;
- Assist in the maintenance and development of the school's technological infrastructure, digital learning platforms, ensuring optimal performance and reliability;
- Collaborate strategically with the Head of IT and Digital Learning Coaches to design and implement forward-thinking IT curriculum plans for both primary and secondary schools;
- Actively support and guide teachers in integrating educational technology into daily lessons and projects, ensuring alignment with learning objectives and pedagogical best practices;
- Identify and advocate for new educational technologies that can enhance teaching methods and student engagement, contributing to a dynamic learning environment;
- Contribute to the development and enforcement of IT-related policies and procedures for educational services, including acceptable use policies, to ensure a safe and productive digital environment;
- Actively participate in the research, planning, and execution phases of the school's multi-year technology roadmap, helping to shape the future of technology at EAS;
- Assist in preparing comprehensive reports on the performance, development, and effectiveness of IT educational services for leadership;
- Design and deliver engaging training sessions for faculty and staff on the effective and innovative use of educational technology tools, fostering professional growth and digital competency;
- Conduct informative in-service sessions for parents to enhance their understanding and utilization of the school's technological resources and platforms, supporting home-school connections;
- Develop and maintain clear documentation and resources for IT support processes and training materials;
- Serve as a primary, approachable point of contact for all IT-related inquiries from the entire school community – faculty, staff, students, and parents;
- Collaborate effectively with the school’s Pedagogical Leadership Team to ensure technology initiatives are aligned with educational goals and contribute to overall program coordination;
- Maintain accurate records of IT support requests, resolutions, and training activities;

- To perform this role successfully, an individual must demonstrate proficiency in each essential duty. The requirements below represent the necessary knowledge, skills, and abilities;
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Educational Technology, or a closely related field;
- A minimum of two (2) years of hands-on experience in educational technology support, preferably within an international school environment;
- Strong practical knowledge of both Windows and Mac OS operating systems;
- Proficiency with core productivity suites: Microsoft Office (including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams) and Google Workspace (Gmail, Docs, Sheets, Slides, Classroom);
- Competency in managing and troubleshooting mobile computing technologies, especially iOS and iPad functionality;
- Familiarity with mainstream educational software and a keen awareness of current trends in educational technology;
- Ability to efficiently troubleshoot and resolve a wide range of hardware and software issues;
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, in Azerbaijani and English are essential for effective interaction with all stakeholders;
- Ability to work collaboratively and contribute positively within a diverse team environment;
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines in a dynamic school setting;
- A proactive problem-solver with a strong service-oriented mindset;
