- Map the employee journey – from onboarding to exit;
- Launch solutions: onboarding bots, knowledge bases, interface tools;
- Automate HR processes – fast, easy, and transparent;
- Optimize internal platforms: intranet, FrontService, corporate portals;
- Implement services that simplify the employee path and increase engagement;
- Work with HRM systems and integrate digital tools;
- Manage projects from idea to launch – with ownership for quality and deadlines;
- Coordinate with vendors and internal stakeholders.
Tələblər
- 2+ years of experience in project management in HR, digital, or EX-related roles;
- Understanding of employee journey logic and touchpoints;
- Experience with HR tools, platforms, and knowledge bases;
- Background in process automation and digital transformation;
- Strong communication skills: brief, plan, deliver, follow up;
- A user-first mindset, systems thinking, and attention to detail;
- Language skills: AZ / RUS / ENG are a plus.
