Provide on-site IT support for:
- Quality Control laboratories and manufacturing-related IT/OT systems
- End-user computing environments (office and shop-floor users)
Prepare, configure, and deliver user computers, including:
- Operating system installation and configuration
- Domain joining and user profile setup
- Handover to users in line with IT standards
Manage Active Directory–based environments, including:
- User and group management
- Understanding and application of Group Policies (GPOs)
- Working within existing domain and security policies
Perform basic network administration tasks, including:
- Simple firewall rule configuration
- Switch configuration and port management
- Coordination with central network teams for advanced changes
Support IT/OT systems used in regulated environments by:
- Participating in system setup, testing, and documentation activities
- Supporting access control, authorization, and backup processes
Execute and maintain:
- Backup and restore checks for local systems
- Asset tracking and system inventory
Act as the interface between:
- On-site users, Quality, Engineering, and Manufacturing teams
- Central IT teams and external vendors
Report incidents, changes, and risks to central IT in a structured and timely manner
Tələblər
- Proven experience working in Active Directory–based corporate environments
- Hands-on experience with: Windows operating systems (client and basic server administration), Domain-based user and device management
- Basic knowledge of: Firewall and network switch configuration, LAN/WAN fundamentals
- Experience providing end-user IT support in production or industrial environments
- Ability to follow centrally defined IT standards and procedures
- Strong sense of responsibility and ownership in a site-based role
- Ability to work independently while maintaining clear reporting lines
- Good communication skills and team-oriented mindset
- Ability to read and write technical documentation in English
- Experience in pharmaceutical, biotech, chemical, or regulated manufacturing environments
- Awareness of GxP, CSV, 21 CFR Part 11, or EU Annex 11
- Familiarity with IT/OT coexistence in manufacturing sites
- Basic understanding of information security standards (e.g., ISO 27001)
