İş haqqında məlumat
- Maintain primary accounting documentation (invoices, acts, contracts, delivery notes)
- Enter data into accounting systems and tracking spreadsheets
- Monitor and record incoming and outgoing payments
- Prepare invoices for clients and control accounts receivable
- Assist in the preparation of monthly and quarterly financial reports
- Support the Chief Accountant during period closing processes
- File and archive accounting documents
- Work with banks and financial documentation
- Reconcile accounts with counterparties
- Cooperate with other departments on financial matters
- Prepare internal financial reports for management
Tələblər
- Fluency in Azerbaijani, English, and Russian (both written and spoken)
- Knowledge of 1C accounting software
- Minimum 1 year of relevant work experience
- Higher education in Accounting, Finance, or Economics
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Internet, etc.)
- Hardworking, energetic, and disciplined
- Knowledge of basic tax and labor legislation is an advantage
- Well-organized and able to work in a team
- Willingness to learn and grow professionally
- Previous experience or internship in a similar role is preferred
