• Work with the Lead Cost Engineer to establish WBS, set up project controls, change management and cost reporting for each project;
• Monitor cost of engineering, equipment, subcontractors, and expenses against established budgets;
• Identify and understand the basis of established budgets derived from the original work scope;
• Be aware of and assist with capital project procurement activities;
• Prepare/review cost reports with explanation of variances and root causes;
• Process and track budget transfers and change orders.

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field;
• Excellent communication, and interpersonal skills;
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office software;
• Strong command of the English language;
• Previous experience is desired, but not must.
