International Logistics company is looking for Junior Handling Coordinator

Job Responsibilities:

• Registering incoming inquiries
• Search and compare vendors by required services
• Negotiating with vendors on price and transportation terms
• Coordinate transportation projects
• Establish and maintain vendor databases
• Ensure proper documentation availability

• Higher Education
• Relevant work experience – minimum 1 year
• Self-motivated, Self-development, self-education
• Attentiveness, diligence, responsibility, discipline
• Good communications and negotiation skills
• Ability to work under pressure
• Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload
• Verbal and written communications skills
• Strong knowledge (speaking, reading, writing) of English language – certified IELTS 6.5 or higher
• Computerskills – Microsoft Office proficiency
• Business writing, negotiating, reporting and documentation skills

Conditions:

• Work Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:00 PM – 4:00 AM
• Salary expectations: Starting from 1,200 AZN
