- We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Junior Network Operations Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will serve as the primary technical contact for customers (B2B), providing high-quality support, troubleshooting, and solutions to ensure customer satisfaction. You will work closely with engineering, product, and operations teams to resolve issues, improve support processes, and contribute to product improvements based on customer feedback.
All selected candidates will undergo mandatory training before starting operational duties to ensure they meet our technical and service standards.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via email, phone or chat;
- Monitor satellite spectrum and system performance, identify potential issues, and take preventive measures;
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues with products/services;
- Provide step-by-step guidance and technical solutions to customers;
- Escalate complex issues to higher-level technical teams when necessary;
- Document support cases, resolutions, and best practices in a knowledge base;
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to address recurring problems and improve product performance;
- Contribute to continuous improvement of customer support processes;
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.

Tələblər
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering, Telecommunications, Computer Science or a related field (or equivalent experience);
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills;
- Knowledge of networking fundamentals (nice to have);
- Experience with Salesforce;
- Understanding of hardware/software integration (depending on product domain);
- Basic knowledge of scripting or automation tools is a plus;
- Fluency in English and conversational level in Russian language.

- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written);
- Strong customer service orientation;
- Ability to explain complex technical concepts in a clear and concise manner;
- Patience, empathy, and resilience when handling challenging customer situations;
